How long does a consultation take?

Most consultations take 10-20 minutes, depending on the service you’re considering. However we like to book out 30 minutes to ensure that there is no rushing and we genuinely understand each other.

Do I need to book an appointment for a free consultation?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure a stylist is available to give you their full attention.

Can I get a consultation for colour changes?

Absolutely! Whether you’re considering balayage, foils, colour correction, grey blending, or a complete colour transformation, we’ll assess your current colour, discuss your goals, and recommend the best approach to achieve the result you’re looking for while keeping your hair healthy.

Will I get a patch test during the consultation?

If you’re considering a colour or chemical treatment, we may perform a patch test to check for allergies or sensitivities.

Can I have a free consultation if I’m not sure what I want?

Absolutely. Many of our clients aren’t quite sure what they want when they first visit. We’ll discuss your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, hair history and goals, then recommend the options that will suit you and your hair best.

Do I need to wash my hair before the consultation?

Not necessarily, but clean, dry hair allows us to assess natural texture and condition more accurately.

Can I bring pictures for inspiration?

Yes, please! Photos help us understand your vision and tailor recommendations to achieve your dream look. We also encourage you to bring in pictures of styles you want to avoid, so we can tailor your look to your preferences.

Will I get a price quote during the consultation?
