Booking Fees
BEFORE YOUR SERVICE
All clients having services that require 1 hour or more are required to pay a $50 booking fee to hold the appointment.
If you are holding an appointment, we are holding a booking fee.
This will be held under the clients name and may only be used for that client and IS NOT transferrable to anyone else.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you will need to give a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice or you will forfeit the $50 booking fee.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you forfeit your booking fee.
If you give less than 48 hours notice, you forfeit the booking fee and if you have future appointments booked, you will need to pay another deposit within 1 hour or your future appointments will be cancelled.
If you DO give 48 hours or more notice, this booking fee can be transferred to your new preferred time.
DURING YOUR VISIT
If you choose to rebook an appointment, we will roll your booking fee over against your next booking.
If you choose NOT to rebook, you can have the $50 deducted from your service.
But when you rebook, you will be required to pay a new $50 booking fee.
Acceptable ways to cancel your appointment or request a refund of your booking fee would be by:

- If you cancel or move or make changes to your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your booking fee
- In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited
- Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law

Issues with your visit
We offer a 100% guarantee on all our services.
If you are not satisfied with the results from your service, we request that you contact us within 7 days of the service. We will aim to get you back in within that 7 day time frame as any redo will need to be completed on fresh hair and not with any type of regrowth.

Birthday and Thank You vouchers
These vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If you already have an appointment booked and wish to use one of these vouchers, you will need to contact us prior to your appointment or we may refuse to use the voucher.
